Cancellation & Booking Policy

By booking an appointment with Liz Clapsis Skin, operated by Skin Connection LLC, you agree to the following terms:

Appointment Reservations

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. As a private, solo-practitioner studio, advance notice is required to accommodate schedule changes and maintain availability for all clients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 10-Hour Notice Required

  • A minimum of 10 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations:

  • Appointments canceled with less than 10 hours’ notice are subject to a fee of [insert dollar amount or percentage].

No-Shows:

  • Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to remain respectful of the next client’s appointment. Full service pricing will apply.

Deposits

A valid payment method is required to secure all appointments. Select services, including The Bridal Series, require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your final balance and are forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
