By booking an appointment with Liz Clapsis Skin, operated by Skin Connection LLC, you agree to the following terms:

Appointment Reservations

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. As a private, solo-practitioner studio, advance notice is required to accommodate schedule changes and maintain availability for all clients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 12-Hour Notice Required

• A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations:

• 2 hours’ notice is required; for new clients, the 30% deposit is forfeited for cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows, with no additional cancellation fee.

No-Shows:

• New-client deposits are forfeited for no-shows.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to remain respectful of the next client’s appointment. Full service pricing will apply.

Deposits

A 30% deposit and a valid card on file are required for new-client appointments.
