By booking an appointment with Liz Clapsis Skin, operated by Skin Connection LLC, you agree to the following terms:

Appointment Reservations

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. As a private, solo-practitioner studio, advance notice is required to accommodate schedule changes and maintain availability for all clients.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment and no-shows will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. No additional cancellation fee will apply.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to remain respectful of the next client’s appointment. Full service pricing will apply.

Deposits

A 30% deposit is required to reserve every appointment.
