The studio is located directly across the street from the Eastern Market Metro Station (Blue, Orange, and Silver Lines), offering convenient access from across Washington, D.C. and the greater DMV area.
Parking & Convenience
We understand that parking in D.C. can be unpredictable. The following options are recommended for a smooth arrival:
Garage Parking:
A public garage is located one block away beneath Sephora and Trader Joe’s, offering reliable, covered parking.
Street Parking:
Metered parking is often available nearby on Seward Square and 6th Street SE.
Please note: Surrounding residential streets may be restricted to Zone 6 permit holders. Kindly review posted signage to avoid ticketing.

Liz Clapsis Skin is a private, solo-practitioner studio. Appointments are intentionally scheduled to allow for unrushed, personalized care. To protect client privacy and maintain a serene environment, walk-in appointments are not available. -
Please plan to arrive at your scheduled appointment time. As this is a private studio, a waiting area may not be available for early arrivals.
Running Late?
City traffic happens. If you anticipate being delayed, please text as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to remain respectful of the next client’s appointment. Full service pricing will apply. -
10-Hour Notice Required
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 10 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.Late Cancellations:

Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full service amount. Future bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.

Your well-being is a priority. The studio follows strict sanitation and hygiene protocols for every service. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. We are happy to assist in finding a new time once you are feeling better.

Professional Boundaries
Liz Clapsis Skin maintains a professional, therapeutic environment at all times. Inappropriate behavior or language will result in immediate termination of the service, with full payment due.
Payment & Deposits
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure select services and high-demand bookings, including The Bridal Series. Deposits are applied toward your final balance but are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
